- We are committed to quality assurance and guarantee our products to be free from any defects.
- These are custom made bags and we accept return of the product only if its supplied by JumboBagShop to the client, in damaged condition.
- Any refund requests will need to be communicated to JumboBagShop within 5 days of receipt of product by the customer.
- Only unused bags will qualify for return, subject to it meeting above mentioned criteria in points 2,3.
- After the return has been approved, JumboBagShop will setup the pickup from your location and upon our inspection the credit will be issued within one week.
- In case of product not found defective, Customer pays freight costs both sides.
